Mrs. Victoria E. Hodge is thankful for the five children the Lord blessed her with; and she is no stranger to the spirit of servitude. She was called into the ministry in 1999 and is the founder of Women of Refuge.  The purpose of this ministry was to make available a place of safe haven for women to pray, cry, trust, be delivered, feel a sense of confidence, give birth to gifts, and to collectively come together and intercede on behalf of others.  This was a place to be revived and replenished from the everyday cares of life, and also the devastating situations that we find ourselves in at times.
